Lucky365 are a new South African based bookmaker running in partnership with Supabets. We’re going to have a closer look at some of the important aspects of their site and promotions in our Lucky 365 Review.
The landing page is not very modernized, and there are a few error messages which appear in between clicking on a selected fixture, and its markets appearing on screen. From this landing page, there are options to select Lucky Numbers, Match Info (Live match standings, results and statistics), Help, Fixtures, Betcodes and Promotions.
The page offers a functional search bar for quickly accessing fixtures or leagues. The page also offers a “Hot win” section for the automatic generation of a ticket of odds matching your desired winning and stake. Customer support is not available via live chat on the site, but through a phone, email and Whatsapp. An emergency Whatsapp contact number is available for communication after hours.
The mobile landing page is also not the most modern or well-polished, and more effort could be put in producing a more appealing site. Error messages also appear between clicking on a fixture, and its markets appearing on the screen. The mobile device landing page is mostly a selection of live matches.
Pre-match selections are available at the bottom of the page as Top Bets, through the search function or through the click of an icon at the top of the page. The top right menu also allows access to various sub menus such as Lucky Numbers, Live Scores, Results and Statistics, fixtures and betcodes. The availability of results and statistics at a few clicks is quite a pleasant feature.
Markets & Betting
Lucky365 offer betting over a wide variety of sports including Soccer, Basketball, Rugby and Tennis amongst others. The market options offered for most sports betting are quite wide as well. However, the odds are lower than other bookmakers for some pre-match markets in the English Premier League. Live odds are however comparable with other bookies.
Lucky365 offer a number of promotions, the main one being the matched bonus of 100% up to a maximum of R2,000 for the first deposit for new customers. This bonus can only be withdrawn after the whole amount has been wagered for a minimum of 5 times at odds of 2.1 (11/10). The first deposit also has to be rolled over once at a minimum odd of 1.5 (1/2).
They also offer other promotions such as 2.5 – 50 % bonus for multibets depending on the number of selections, moneyback special which includes a 10 % refund for losing bets, R200 bonus for accepted suggestions and a R50 sign up bonus. The R50 Sign on bonus will undoubtly prove to be very popular with punters.
Deposits can be made via Instant EFT, EFT, Mastercard and Visa enabled cards. No voucher deposits are available at the moment.
Whilst the website may not be the modern, appealing type, the navigation on the Lucky 365 site is surprisingly fairly fast. A variety of markets are offered over a range of sports. What they lack in an appealing website, they compensate in promotions – Lucky365 are quite generous with promotions, with most tailormade for online betting customers.
Detailed statistics are easy to access through a few clicks for matches in some major leagues. Match results are also available on the site. The overall experience could be improved by utilizing a more modern and user-friendly website design. For customers seeking value from promotions, this bookie would be worthwhile to consider.
- Site & Features
Lucky365 are a solid bookmaker with some of the best promotions on the market. They are let down by a slightly error strewn site but that’s easy to overlook as the overall experience is a positive one.
