Spotonbets Preview

Spotonbet are a new South African bookmaker set to launch in 2020 using the ever reliable SBtech software and with a Western Cape Gaming License. While they are not currently open to punters we are going to have a closer look at what punters can expect from Spotonbets once launched, to be clear this is more a Spotonbets Preview than a review, which will follow once the site is publicly accessible.

Spotonbets Preview

We’ve done a bit of digging and there is a fair bit of information available on the new bookmaker, in this preview we will be covering what is publicly available, just keep in mind that several mentioned features and functions could be set to change once the bookmaker is live.

Sign on bonus

Spotonbets is offering punters a 100% deposit match bonus up to R3000 on their first deposit. You’ll need to wager the bonus 3 times before being able to withdraw, and we aren’t sure what the minimum odds are just yet. The bonus looks good and the rollover is not too high so punters should have no trouble turning the bonus funds into cash, we would like to know what the required odds are but we’ll have to wait until they’ve launched for that.

Sports Betting

As will most SBtech products we expect that there will be a wide variety of markets for punters to bet on, similar to what one would find at Sportingbet and Betway. Spotonbets state that punters are able to bet on Soccer, Tennis, Rugby and more, so there should be a good mix of sports available.

There will also be over 65000 markets to bet on so if you’re into betting some exotic markets then they might just be the bookmaker for you. Without access to a live site we can only speculate what the odds might be, but going from our experience with SBtech bookmakers the odds should be competitive and attractive.

Features

Spotonbets have joined the growing number of bookmakers who offer cash out. Cash out is a feature that allows punters to end their bets and claim their winnings before the match is complete. It’s a great feature to have and it’ll definitely prove to be popular with punters who are always hungry for cool new features.

Promotions

It looks like Spotonbets will be very active on the promotions front, promising to release promotions on a daily basis as well as ones based on current sporting events. The promotions are expected to range from money back specials to cash prizes. If they pull off some good and interesting promos we know we’ll be checking in often to see whats available.

Spotonbets App

Spotonbets will launch with both an Android and an IOS App, perfect for punters who love betting on the go. We’re yet to test the Apps ourselves but hopefully the apps will live up to the high standards set by other bookmakers.

Banking

Spotnbets customers will be able to top up their betting account using several of the below listed deposit options;

  • Instant EFT
  • Credit Card Deposits
  • Voucher Deposits, Including 1Voucher

Withdrawals

Spotonbets processes withdrawals to all major South African banks. We hope to see Cashsend or Ewallet integration in the future, as more and more punters are selecting this as their withdrawal method of choice. Once we’ve made a successful withdrawal we’ll also be able to comment on the withdrawal times, but that’ll have to wait for our Spotonbets review.

More to come for Spotonbets

We hoped you enjoyed our Spotonbets Preview, we’re really excited to see what the bookmaker will bring to the table once they’ve fully launched. They seem to have all the right ingredients for a successful bookmaker but one can only really judge them once they have been live and punters are placing bets. We’ll be posting our Spotonbets review once that happens to keep an eye out for it. What do you think about the upcoming Spotonbets site? Let us know in the comments below!
