World Cup 2018 Round of 16 Betting – Round of 16
France v Argentina World Cup Betting – Round of 16
France have not been overly impressive despite their talented squad. Argentina on the other hand have been absolutely dire and barely managed to scrap their way out of the group stage. This should be a very tightly contested match with few goals. We’re backing France to win and we should see under 2.5 goals land too.
Spain v Russia World Cup Betting – Round of 16
Spain have been blowing hot and cold this World Cup but there is no denying their quality. Russia on the other hand had a blistering start, winning their first 2 games against minnows but failing miserably when it came to decent opposition. The hosts World Cup run will end against Spain who will win this match fairly comfortably. Spain to win is our bet.
Uruguay v Portugal – Round of 16
This match is intriguing as Uruguay possess one of the best all round squads in the World Cup. They’ve got a few star players and eased their way through the group stages. Portugal on the other had fought tooth and nail to make it into the next round, literally dragged their by Ronaldo. They were exposed against Spain and were lucky to get a draw. Uruguay should have little trouble beating them in a low scoring match. Uruguay to win and under 2.5 goals is our bet.
Croatia v Denmark – Round of 16
Croatia are the unexpected surprise of the World Cup. They’re a disciplined side that plays extremely well together and they looked impressive during the group stage. Denmark had a fairly easy group (other than France) but will be up for this game. We can’t look past the red hot Croatians though, as they are looking almost unbeatable at the moment. We’re backing Croatia to pick up a comfortable win.
