The Supabets site has been offline since the early morning of the 6th of April 2021. Supabets customers who have tried to access or login to the Supabets site on both mobile and desktop are being greeted with a 404 error page or Windows Server screen, and not the Supabets site. Leaving many frustrated users unable to access their Supabets balance or pending bets.
Supabets initially responded to the downtime with a tweet on the 6th April 2021, saying that the site is currently undergoing maintenance, followed by a tweet on April 8th apologizing for the inconvenience, but giving no timeline on when the matter will be resolved. Supabets have since deleted their posts relating to the site being offline, leaving many punters scratching their heads.

We reached out to the Supabets customer support line to get answers, and we were told that the site is still undergoing maintenance and will be back online shortly. Unfortunately this does not help those looking to place a bet or access their Supabets account. Supabets customers have also been told that they will not be able to withdraw their funds at a branch, which makes us suspect that the failure or downtime is system wide. You can however try access the Supabets site on this link, which appears to be working.
There is no indication when the Supabets site will be back online but we’re sure that the techies are working overtime to get the issue resolved. At the moment we don’t want to speculate as to what the cause is, but it is serious and the Supabets site could be offline for several more days.
