Sportingbet Live Casino Games

For many punters, the thrill of being at a casino is about the small interactions that happen around the table. There’s also something about the cards being dealt by a real person that adds to the drama and turns up the heat in the room. But times change—we’re currently in the midst of a pandemic—and even so, our busy lives mean we can’t always get to a physical casino when the tables are calling.

I know, it’s a bummer. But we’ve got you.

A small part of us will still miss having Grandma Time hogging our favourite table game and having to wait patiently in line to cash-in our chips. And the best part is you won’t have to worry about losing your parking ticket!

Check out our guide to a few of the Sportingbet Casino Live Games below, where we’ll tell you a bit about all our favourites and why you should give them a try!

Crazy Time

Built on the huge success of the Dream Catcher money wheel game, Crazy Time is the latest in game-show fun from Evolution Gaming. Set in a lively studio, it includes a colourful money wheel, Top Slot and four exciting bonus games—Cash Hunt, Pachinko, Coin Flip and Crazy Time.

To get started, players place bets on different numbers (1, 2, 5 or 10) or any of the 4 Bonus Games and then wait for the wheel to be spun. In total, there are 54 segments on the wheel of which 9 are Bonus Games. At the start of each round, a Top Slot is spun at the same time as the main wheel for the chance to add multipliers up to 25 000x to the main game.

The 4 Bonus Games though are really what takes the fun and excitement of playing Crazy Time to the next level, which are:

Cash Hunt: This game features a screen with 108 random multipliers covered by symbols. The player aims and shoots a cannon where they think the biggest multiplier is hiding to reveal their lucky number.

Pachinko: The game presenter drops a puck down a wall with a bunch of pegs which bounces around before landing on a number at the bottom. If the puck lands on a DOUBLE, all multipliers at the bottom of the wall are doubled and the puck is dropped again until a multiplier is won.

Coin Flip: A red and blue coin is flipped to determine which multiplier is won. Before the coin flips, two multipliers are generated, one that applies if the red side wins, and one for the blue side.

Crazy Time: Players choose between a blue, green or yellow flapper before the bonus game starts. When the wheel comes to a stop, the player wins the multiplier where their flapper points. If it lands on a DOUBLE or TRIPLE, all multipliers are applied and the wheel is spun again until a multiplier is won.

Lightning Roulette

One of 12 types of Live Roulette you can play at Sportingbet, Lightning Roulette is by far our favourite. An exciting spin on European roulette, it has all the familiar elements—wheel, live dealer and the full range of Roulette bets—plus randomly generated Lucky Numbers for more chances to win big! True to its name, the game has some great visual and sound effects which include lightning strikes and thunder to add to the excitement!

In every round, before the roulette wheel is spun, between 1 and 5 Lucky Numbers appear each with a multiplier between 50x and 500x. The game then continues like a normal game of roulette—you place bets on numbers, colours, odd, even, thirds, etc. If the ball lands on any of your Lucky Numbers and you’ve made a straight bet on the same number, you win an amount equal to your bet size multiplied by the relevant multiplier. Non-multiplied straight bets payout at odds of 30/1. All other bets such as splits, corners, red/black and thirds pay the same as European Roulette.

Monopoly Live

Based on the family board game everyone loves to hate, Monopoly Live is another masterpiece by Evolution Gaming which combines all the fun and nostalgia of this iconic game with a money wheel that can pay big! The fun factor and gameplay of Monopoly Live is off the charts with impressive visual elements and augmented reality.

Before your host spins the wheel, you place bets on which segment the flapper will stop. If you’re correct, your payout corresponds with the number you hit multiplied by the size of your bet (1=2x, 2=3x, 5=6x, 10=11x). There are also Chance segments on the Monopoly Live wheel with random cash prizes and multipliers. For multipliers, all your bets remain in place and the host spins the wheel again. Your winnings are multiplied by whichever number you get. If you land on a multiplier again, your multiplier is further multiplied and you win even more!

Players qualify for the Bonus Game by placing bets on 2 ROLLS and 4 ROLLS. If you get lucky, you will join Mr. Monopoly in an augmented reality world which is a 3D replica of the board. To begin, you throw a pair of dice which determines where he walks around the board to collect cash prizes, multipliers and more. This live game is more fun than any other we’ve played, and its generous multipliers and interactive bonus rounds make it all the more exciting!

Dream Catcher

Dream Catcher is a highly entertaining live casino game featuring a big spinning wheel, which is very easy to play. While the rules of the game are straightforward, the additional features, stunning visuals, crystal-clear audio and professional hosts bring an air of sophistication to the game. The high-tech studio environment gives players a fully immersive gaming experience with a series of dynamic camera angles and close-ups that add dramatic tension to every spin!

There are 54 equal-sized segments in the game with numbers 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 40. Multipliers on opposite ends of the wheel (x2 and x7) can increase your winnings on the spins that follow. The game requires players to pick a number on the wheel and place a bet on it. You win when the number lands and the payout odds correspond with the number you choose. The multipliers are effectively bonus spins as they multiply your next win after the wheel is spun again. If you land on another multiplier, your multiplier is multiplied and you keep spinning!

Here’s a breakdown of the number segment payouts on Dream Catcher:

  • 23 segments featuring the number 1 (payout = 1/1)
  • 15 segments featuring the number 2 (payout = 2/1)
  • 7 segments featuring the number 5 (payout = 5/1)
  • 4 segments featuring the number 10 (payout = 10/1)
  • 2 segments featuring the number 20 (payout = 20/1)
  • 1 segment featuring the number 40 (payout = 40/1)
