The Premier League is set to kick off on Friday when last season’s runners up, Liverpool, take on Norwich. This season looks set to be as exciting as ever and we’re going to be looking at some of the Premier League betting odds for the various outright markets, ranging from outright betting to the relegation battle.
Premier League 2019/20 Betting Odds
Odds are subject to change and we’ve used ones that are currently available at Betway South Africa. You can read our full Betway review here if you don’t already have an account with them. You can also view all the latest Premier League match betting and other markets on the Betway site.
Outright Odds
Manchester City find themselves as strong favourites to retain their title, with betting available at 1.40. They’re followed by Liverpool at 3.25 and bookmakers seem to think the race for the league will boil down to either of the two sides. They haven’t given Spurs 15.50 or Manchester United 29.50 much chance, so there is some great value backing an outsider if you fancy an upset.
Premier League Top 4 Odds
With Manchester City and Liverpool likely to make it into the Top 4 (based on odds) it leaves only 2 additional positions for that ever important Champions League qualification. Four sides are set to compete for these 2 places. Spurs 1.55, Manchester United 2.10, Chelsea 2.15 and Arsenal at 2.35. There does not seem much chance of the likes of Everton 16.50 or Wolves 16.50 of cracking the Top 4.
Premier League Relegation Odds
The relegation battle looks set to be more of the same with Sheffield United 1.60, Norwich 1.80 and Brighton & Hove at 2.55. Other potential relegation fodder includes Burnley 2.65, Aston Villa 2.75 and Newcastle at 2.80. Just going on the odds it seems like another tight relegation battle between the 6 sides.
