Arsenal v Watford – 29 September

Arsenal have been impressive at home, winning their last 4 matches by a 2 goal margin. Watford have been iffy on the road, picking up only one win so far in the Premier League. Arsenal should win this one comfortably. Arsenal -1 is the call at 11/10.

Everton v Fulham – 29 September

Everton haven’t had the best start to their season with only one win in their last 6 games. They face a Fulham side who have a similar record. However Everton do have the better squad and home advantage so should be picking up their 2nd win of the season. We’re backing them to beat Fulham at 4/5.

Chelsea v Manchester United FA Cup Final (Won)

This match does not promise goals when you consider the sides that are facing each other. Neither side are prolific scores and both have struggled for form. Arguably Manchester United is the better side but being a cup final we expect Chelsea to raise their game. This match will be close and it’s tough to pick a winner, so we’re going with Both Teams to score NO at 15/20.

13 May 2018

Newcastle United v Chelsea (Won)

Chelsea need a big Liverpool loss and a win against Newcastle to have a chance at making the champions league. Just one problem, they haven’t picked up a win against Newcastle at Tyneside since 2011! With this in mind and Newcastle’s recent form we’re backing the home side to win or draw at a massive 15/10!

2 May 2018

Roma v Liverpool

Roma have a mountain to climb when they take on Liverpool, they conceded 5 goals and will need to win 3-0 or 4-1 to have a chance of qualifying. Liverpool have both feet in the final barring a major meltdown and they’ll play fairly conservatively. We think Roma will give it a go but Liverpool should be able to keep the score down and the Italians out. Everyone is expecting goals but we’re expecting a much tighter match. If Liverpool find the net early this tie is effectively done. Once again we’ll be backing Under 3.5 goals at 17/20.

1 May 2018

Real Madrid v Bayern Munich

Real Madrid picked up a convincing 2-1 win during their trip to Munich for the first leg. The Germans are in a very difficult position as they have to win this match by 2 clear goals to have a chance at making the final. We don’t see them doing it, especially considering how strong Madrid are at home. There should be a few goals in this but not as many as you’d like to think. We’ll be backing under 3.5 goals at a very tasty 8/10.

30 April 2018

Liverpool vs Stoke City (Sat 28 Apr):

Coming off a morale-boosting 5-2 semi-final 1st leg win against Roma in midweek, Liverpool will feel confident they can scoop up 3 points and virtually assure themselves of Champions League football for next season. As for Stoke, with relegation looming they will be getting used to the fact that they may well be playing Championship football in the next campaign. This contrast of fortunes is bound to produce an epic early kick-off to what will be a massive EPL weekend. BET LIVE from 1.30 pm.

Manchester United vs Arsenal (Sun 29 Apr) (Loss)

This fixture never fails to produce thrill and spills! With United gunning to secure 2nd place on the log and Arsenal looking to give the best possible send off to their outgoing manager, there is more than just points to play for in this clash. According to the Stats Centre, United come into this clash with an impressive 80% win form, having won 4 of their last 5 matches. The Gunners will be going all out to change that form and expect this clash to produce a fitting close to this EPL weekend. BET LIVE from 5.30 pm.  Our Best Bet is Under 2.5 Goals at 11/10

21 April 2018

Chiefs v Free State Stars – Nedbank Cup Semi Final

The Amakhosi will be relying on their strong Durban-based support to push them onto a win against an impressive Free State Stars side. With the Nedbank Cup the only realistic chance at silverware for Chiefs this season, manager Steve Komphela will be preaching to his players to go all-guns blazing for a win and book themselves into the final in Cape Town. As for Stars, they will be buoyed by the fact that they lie just 3 points behind Chiefs in 6th place on the PSL log, and will firmly believe they can inflict a big upset at the Moses Mabhida Stadium. Our pick is a Chiefs win in the 90min at 21/20

14 April 2018

Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester City

This weekend’s pick of the fixtures is unarguably Spurs vs City at Wembley. With Spurs looking to seal the deal on Champion’s League football next season, expect Spurs to push a City team that has shown signs of weakness and fatigue in recent weeks. According to the Gbets Stats Centre, Spurs go into this game with an 80% win form; after dominant victories against Bournemouth, Chelsea and Stoke in recent weeks. City on the other hand need just 1 win more win to secure the title and after a series of big defeats to Liverpool in Europe and United in the Manc derby, it will be no sweeter for City to secure it in Wembley. Expect a humdinger at England’s national stadium! BET LIVE on this Top 4 clash from 8.45 pm.

Newcastle United vs Arsenal

This Sunday Rafa Benitez’ Magpies will look to break into the 40 point safety mark with a win against the Gunners of Arsenal. With a fervent home crowd pushing their team on, expect Newcastle to come out flying against an often at times susceptible Arsenal side. Arsene Wenger’s  boys from North London though have proved in recent weeks that they are a changed team, winning their last 5 consecutive Premier League matches and cruising ever closer to 5th placed team Chelsea. Expect a classic EPL clash at an iconic and vociferous St. James Park! BET LIVE on this epic from 2.30pm.

We’re Backing Arsenal to pick up and away win at 23/20.

Back Newcastle to win & we match your winnings up to R500 in free bets if they win by 2 goals or more.

11 April 2018

Real Madrid v Juventus (Won)

With Ramos injured Zinédine Zidane does not have many options at centre-back. Nacho’s fitness is questionable thanks to an ankle injury and Vallejo is not at full match fitness. Juventus have however conceded goals in each of the past seven matches against Real Madrid, something that does not bode well for the Italians. Both teams to score is the play here as Juventus will throw the sink at a dodgy Madrid defence, leaving themselves open to counter attack. Back Both Teams to score at 13/20.

10 April 2018

Manchester City v Liverpool – Champions League Betting Tips (Won)

Manchester City need to score 4 goals to go through, assuming Liverpool don’t find the net themselves! It’s a tall ask for a side that’s coming off a huge loss to Manchester United, which ended their impressive streak at home. We fancy Liverpool to sit back and absorb the City attack and we don’t see too many goals being scored. We’re back under 3.5 Goals at a whopping 17/20. Bet now.

7 April 2018

Manchester City v Manchester United (Loss)

City will be upset about their 3-0 loss to Liverpool but their league form has been superb. The home side are on a 14 game winning streak at the Eithad and the 9/10 on them to beat United cannot be ignored. We don’t see this ending in anything but a win for Manchester City. Back the home side at 9/10.

Everton v Liverpool (Won)

Liverpool have to be taken seriously after a massive 3-0 in Europe over Manchester City. They now face an Everton side that have been blowing hot and cold in the league. However Everton do have an impressive home record against their rivals, having drawn 4 of the last 5 matches against Liverpool at Goodison Park. We’re firmly in Liverpool’s corner and will be backing them at 9/10 but there is some value on taking the draw at 5/2.

3 April 2018

Champions League Football Betting Tips (Loss)

Juventus v Real Madrid

Juventus have a fantastic home record that was somewhat blemished by the visit of Spurs a few weeks back. The Italians have only lost 1 of their last 20 at home in all competitions and we like them at 6/10 on the Double Chance for the first leg of our Champions League double.

Sevilla v Bayern Munich

Sevilla shocked the world, and Manchester United, when they knocked the English giants out of the Champions League. Bayern have looked powerful however they are coming off a loss in the Bundesliga, their first away loss in 10 games (9 Wins). The Germans likely had one eye on this fixture so we won’t read too much into that loss. They should have too much for the Spanish and we’re taking them on the Draw No Bet at 1/4 as the second leg of our double.

Back Bayern DNB and Juventus Double Chance at 19/20.

31 March 2018

Newcastle v Huddersfield (Won)

The Premier League is back after delays and an international break. One match that really stands out is the Huddersfield visit to Newcastle. The Visitors have been woeful on the road, having only won 1 of their last 10 away games, with the majority of the matches being loses with the odd draw scattered in between. Newcastle on the other hand are on a 5 match home unbeaten streak, with 2 draws and 3 wins. A win for Newcastle would also see them remain in the Premier League barring a major collapse. We’re backing the Magpies to win at a tasty 3/4.
