We’ve updated our Eazibet review which can be found here. However it does appear that Eazibet have completely closed for business as their site has been down for over a year. Below is our previous Eazibet review :
Eazibet are a brand new entrant to the South African betting market, we’re pretty sure you wouldn’t have heard of them but we got the word and decided to do a review. When we do reviews we email the site in question asking about promotions, bonuses and any interesting information that could prove useful to our review. Generally most books are accommodating and we appreciate that, Eazibet were happy to answer our questions which is a good start to this review. Eazibet South Africa offer a 50% match bonus up to R3000.
When you first land on the Eazibet page it does not look too bad, pretty generic but passable. They have a great selection of banners running through their carousel, however they are lacking details but they do at least work. The first banner for example is a “Live betting one” that states “odds adjusted in real time”, Eazibet seem to be targeting new punters with wording like that, but never the less the sliders work as expected.
The page is laid out pretty well which we genuinely like, it’s easy to find sports and the coupons are big lettered and unmissable. Their markets are laid out like something you’d find in a Las Vegas sportsbook which we like. Their inplay market layout is pretty confusing though, have a look for yourself. Way too much going on there. They’ve got their owning growing blog which is also a nice touch, we would like to see them update it more regularly though as it’s always interesting reading pieces from bookmakers.
Eazibet South Africa have no real promotions to speak of at the moment. They have their sign on offer which is a 50% match and a refer a friend program that lets you earn R150 for referring your mates. They are based on their own Kenyan site which has a few more promotions than Eazibet South Africa. We are sure they’ll be adding those to their site shortly but we’d still like to see more as they’ve got a lot of potential to become a great book with some decent promotions.
Overall Experience :
Eazibet South Africa are a breath of fresh air and we hope they find success in South Africa. The website is good but could use some tweaks and the odds are good enough for most punters. They do need to improve customer service and their promotions as both are falling short at the moment. Being new we do tend to give them the benefit of the doubt and an example would be them increasing their sign on offer from R500 to R3000. Honestly we’d like to see that as a 100% match, it does not have to be R3000 but anything between R1000 and R2000 would be awesome. We recommend checking Eazibet South Africa out.
