Senior Admin Clerk (Bookmaker Industry)
Track and Ball (Pty) Ltd – Durban, KwaZulu-Natal 4000
Reporting to the Head Trader, the successful candidate will be responsible for, assisting with the monitoring of prices, settling of betting accounts, pricing up races and events, creating of betting sheets, monitoring online site and clients and any other duties relating to bookmaking.
Applicants should be in possession of the following:
Matric or equivalent experience;
Experience in working in an outlet;
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Fixed Odds;
Monitoring the bets ( Horse racing/Sport/Lucky numbers);
Monitoring the risk on these bets;
Monitor the cash flow in all branches as well as cash movements
Observe & maintain the prices on all markets
Possession of a Betting Managers licence is highly advantageous, however a Bookmakers Clerk Licence will suffice;
Clear criminal record;
Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, public holidays and nights.
